Welcome to Depot Village! I hope your journey was pleasant and comfortable. Allow me to introduce myself to you – my name is Eli, owner of this happy place. Past guests have mentioned how they love our centralized location and our unique surroundings. This is a great spot to relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect. Gainesville offers a variety of things to do and things to see. We have restaurants beyond expectation. Some recommendations I could make are Chopstix Cafe. It's great for Asian cuisine with an amazing view. For our vegan guests, Daily Green, is the premiere restaurant for fresh, organic, & locally sourced meals. It is within a few steps of Depot Village. We have an entire section devoted to local restaurants and attractions.

Before you settle in, I would like to make you familiar with a few of the most important house rules at our property. These are in place to ensure that your stay with us will be as comfortable as possible. You can read the rules on the in this guest booklet. Please take a minute to read each of the rules carefully to avoid possible injury or deductions from your security deposit.

Guest Rules

Please take a minute to read each of the rules carefully to avoid possible injury or deductions from your security deposit. 

1. Noise: Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. 
2. Visitors: A maximum of three (3) visitors is allowed during the day. Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out in our rates. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that any visitor also complies with our House Rules.
3. Parties: Any small gathering is restricted to five (5) people in total and must comply with the rules regarding noise. We must be made aware before small gatherings unless you have reserved an event area.
4. Smoking: You may only smoke outside in the designated area. Please dispose of your cigarette butts in the ashtray provided in the designated area.
5. Pet Guests: There is a pet fee (see terms and conditions). Guests will be responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Please do not allow pets on the furniture. We hope your fur baby has a great stay too!
6. Breaking In-House Items: Please let us know if anything is broken or damaged. Even if it seems small because we want to make sure everyone has what they need in their accommodations.
7. Checking Out: Check-out time is at 11:00 am. Please ensure you check out by the specified time, as the cleaning team will arrive shortly after. 
8. Before Leaving: Before you check out, please ensure all trash has been removed, that lights are turned off, all personal property has been removed, and the door is properly locked.
