What a charming and spacious place to have an event. This was an Amazing venue to have our employee Christmas party! Eli was extremely helpful and gracious enough to let us have the best party here!!! The patio was soooo nice and the flooring was perfect for dancing and plenty of room for big round tables for eating and a separate area for a Dj and dancing. Every corner has a cool detail like art in every nook and cranny which adds soooo much CHARACTER! The renovations are gorgeous and classy. So thankful for this location and the hospitality of the owner.

It’s in the heart of University of Florida and offered a good small town vibe with cute local restaurants and bars in walking distance. I can’t wait to come back, Eli was a great host!

This place was in a great location for getting out and walking around Gainesville. The shower was easily my favorite and I quickly got comfortable with the space. It felt very private despite being close to town. We checked in too late to meet our hosts, but I had plenty of questions beforehand that were answered very quickly to prepare for our stay.
